Business Policies

By agreeing to do business with us, you are agreeing to our policies.

When to expect a finished piece.

We know you can't wait to see the finished project! Our goal is to complete your design for your furniture quickly and efficiently without tarnishing the quality of work. We aim for a week turnaround time; with the exception of larger pieces. If we think it will take longer, it will be discussed during the consultation. If, during the restoration process, it's determined it will take longer than originally planned, we will notify you as soon as possible. From there, we will arrange a new drop off time.

Satisfaction guaranteed.

Happy clients are our top priority, and we stand behind every piece we refinish. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied- please let us know upon drop off. We will gladly fix any problems you see. Any corrective work must be done within seven days upon drop off.

Accepted payment methods.

We accept cash or venmo. We will write you a receipt upon drop off for your records.

Unique pieces, antiques or sentimental furniture.

We take care in every piece we do, and we take the time to ensure we don't ruin the integrity of the furniture. We are not responsible for any damage to the furniture prior to pick up. If the piece is older and has some damage, we can correct the damage. If we don't think it's the best idea for the furniture's integrity, we will discuss this during the consultation. From there, we will determine the best course of action.

Pricing.

We are happy to be able to offer customized pricing. We take supplies, size of project, condition the furniture is in and desired outcome into consideration when determining pricing. If, during the restoration process, it's determined the furniture needs additional love than originally discussed, we will consult the client. If the client doesn't want to pay the additional fee to fix the furniture, we will do the best we can to make that piece beautiful. No additional work will be done without consent from the client.


The quote will be given during the consultation and payment received upon drop off of piece.

For pieces quoted more than $500, we do require a 20% deposit at pick up.
